Most of our residents are full-time students. We’ve streamlined our approval process to account for student life, focusing on transparency and professional support.
Submit your primary application via our secure portal. This initiates your file and secures your priority status for the upcoming semester.
Since most students lack independent income, a co-signer is standard. They will receive a separate, secure link to verify financial support.
Our team performs a focused review of rental history (if applicable) and co-signer credentials, typically providing status within 48 hours.
Once approved, all parties sign the digital lease. A seamless transition from application to your new home near campus.
